The SIBF 2023 Psychological Health workshops conducts a session on \u2018Balance Yoga for Kids\u2019 to equip young participants with the fundamental knowledge of meditative art.<\/p>\n

With a strong emphasis on relaxation breathing techniques and bringing the body and soul in communion, the session\u2019s key focus was on teaching young learners about mindfulness. Under expert guidance, children were introduced to a series of yoga poses tailored to their age group, fostering a sense of balance, flexibility, and focus.<\/p>\n
