Speaking of Ras Al Khaimah and its growth, Asif Jabar said Ras Al Khaimah is proving a tourism product for a lot of people 2005 onward.
\nThe Park Group CEO feels that Al Marjan Island is the place to be. \u201cAl Marjan Island already has a number of hotels and with the upcoming Wynn Resort and the major hotel groups setting up businesses there, it is bound to attract a large influx of holidaymakers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOne place having such a number of five-star hotels is brilliant. Other places don\u2019t have this facility,\u201d Asif Jabbar added.
\n\u201cPeople from Dubai, in holidays \u2013 especially during Eid \u2013 head to Ras Al Khaimah to spend some quality time here,\u201d he said. \u201cWhen such a large number of people arrive at Al Marjan Island, obviously they will be accompanied by their staff and all.\u201d
\nThe current capacity at Al Marjan Island is 30,000 units and it is estimated that it will quickly grow to around 50,000, the Park Group CEO said.<\/p>\n

He believes that whoever buys units or makes investments in Park Beach Residence 2 will only gain; \u201cfrom rental income or when they decide to sell them as prices will only go up\u201d.
\nAsif Jabbar said that whenever there\u2019s boom in the real estate industry in Dubai, that upward trend is reflected in other areas such Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cEach market has its own dynamics and likewise the Ras Al Khaimah market is attracting buyers from Russia and the rest of Europe \u2013 much more than from Pakistan and India,\u201d he said.
